Impatiently waiting for Jordan! We thought we were so smart waiting for him here. Come to find out, we were in the wrong spot! After a while we figured it out, split up and made a frantic, mad sweep of the airport looking for him.
After spreading out and searching what seemed an eternity, Kendal was the first to spot her brother. We heard her yelling Jordan's name which got our attention and we all started running towards him. It was so cute watching Grandma Weber running across the airport to get to him! I will always remember that image of her.
Ah, our son is home at last! We caught the ferry back home so we could relax and catch up.
Derrek had a mandatory meeting at the UW which got out in the nick of time. He ran from the bus stop all the way to the Ferry and barely made it! Thank goodness it was running late, because it seldom runs late. It worked out perfectly and we feel the Lord had a hand in the timing of things that day.
Because of Grandma and Grandpa's
sacrifice, this was all
made possible.
I know Grandpa was proud as
we welcomed home their first
missionary Grandson!
July 19th will be a day that
we will never forget!
