A bag of potato chips

"It's like eating a whole bag of potato chips." Mike told me. And I agree, when you start on the bag (book) you can't get enough, but as you keep going you realize you've had too much. That you want to stop and be done with it, but you might as well finish the entire bag since you almost have any way. Thats what these books were for me. I loved them. Not the entire series, I got restless at a lot of parts. Book four mainly, but I was already in too deep that I had to finish. I'm looking forward to the movie. Watching the movie trailers have really brought the book to life for me that I can only imagine what the movie will be like. Should be fun! Tell me how you liked the books. I'd love to hear your thoughts!

I like that analogy! Has Mike read them too?? I like them...but still have yet to read the fourth. I guess that tells you I'm not a die hard fan like most. But I would recommend them to a friend!! I have already heard a spoiler for the fourth book so Im a little slow on getting started.

I made it through the first "bag" but I got the second "bag" on CD and 1 chapter into Bella's descriptions I was done. I guess all the salt gave me heartburn.

I read the first three and have yet to get my hands on the fourth--hoping to soon though. Some of the movie was filmed in a High School in Portland--I'm anxious to see familiar scenery.. Do you know if any of it was filmed in Forks?

You might have gotten bored because you read the books back to back:) Too much of a good thing! I LOVED the last one especially- adored the whole series, and I am dying for the movie to come out:)

Hey, I know the feeling. I spent about 8 hours straight reading breaking dawn a couple days ago...can't get enough, and I don't want it to be over.

I agree that maybe you read too much at one time. I love them too but you need to space out the vampire-ness.

That's so funny. That analogy was perfect! hahahhaha Well, I am reading the fourth book and it's taking me forever. I like it, but with the first three, I finished them all within days. This fourth book is taking me weeks!

Yep, me, too! I loved your analogy, Beth! It's pretty much how I felt. I really liked the series but...um, something just wasn't quite the same as I waded through the last book. However, like you, I'm eager to see the movie. I kinda miss the story now that I've finished the books. I feel bad that Stephanie probably isn't going to follow-up with the version from Edward's perspective. I've read a little of it on her website and thought it sounded good. Oh well...now I'm searching for another good read. Loved your thoughts! ♥
