This past Friday night,
Nicole Butler and I threw our bestest friend, Mary Mitchell a birthday bash!!!! Nicole has some awesome connections and so Mary's party was held in a mansion!
It was the perfect place to entertain!
We had lots of food including a chocolate fountain (thanks to Jan Wells) and
we played the video game called, "Rock Band" that Kiff Holyoak so graciously let us borrow.
That was such a hoot watching women trying to sing on key and keep the beat!!!

(On a side note; Before the party I had a terrible time setting the game up and after Nicole and I made a few phone calls, begging people we knew for help, I thought "there's got to be some boys in the neighborhood. I'm just going to hop in my car and look for some." And that's just what I did!!!! Yes, it was cold and dark but I was desperate!!! Two doors down, I saw a house with a basketball hoop and knocked on their door. After talking with the Mom, she let the boys come over and what lifesavers they were. They had everything set up and were out the door before the guests arrived!!!!)

including the birthday girl had a great time and
there was an awesome turnout!!!
The party was a success!!!
Mary got some hilarious gifts and she loved them all.

My personal favorites were the Jamaican Rum made to look like a Rastafari and
the Perfect Man,
the Perfect Man,
complete with just the right things to say to any woman. 
Those two became fast friends!

This looks like so much fun! And the Perfect Man huh? Does he come in my size?
oh, how fun. That was so nice of you all to throw Mary a party. I loved seeing the pictures of you all. I'll have to tell my mom to check out your blog. ( I've seen that perfect man before. The bishops wife brought it in to our "couple's class" it was so funny.)
Too much fun! There really is nothing like a bunch of good girlfriends getting together, huh! Thanks for the pictures- its so good to see everyone!! Happy Birthday to Mary!
Fun fun! Looks like a fun group of girls to go out with! You look so cute in your bright colors! It's nice to see since winter everybody wears dark colors!
Happy Birthday to Mary... All I've got to say is you guys sure now how to throw a party. I wish I could have been there just to hear all the laughs in that room - some of my favorite laughs were there, including yours!
i'm sad i missed the party. i thought about it the day after and realized I had missed it. i have no brain cells left to remember things these days!
