The Holidays were a time to count our blessings and spend time with family. Thanksgiving was spent at Mike's Mom's house, Christmas Eve was spent with the Jefferies and Christmas day was hosted by us this year!!! It was nice to be with everyone, though we were in a mad rush the entire month of December trying to get the front room ready for company. Mike did a fantastic job and I had help from Jamie and my friend Mary with the decorating. Those two really were miracle workers with this old house! Hosting Christmas, I learned a lot and though it was nice, next year will be even better!!!!
The highlight of our Christmas was the time we got to spend talking to Jordan!!!! We surprised Jordan by having Joel and Mark over for the phone call. Jordan was so thrilled and couldn't believe it. It was so wonderful! After 2 1/2 hours, we had to say goodbye. I can't wait to talk to him on Mother's Day!!!!
