What luck! The Port of
Illahee Commissioners were invited to a three day Ports of Washington Seminar in Leavenworth during our anniversary. Mike asked me if I wanted to go since the port was paying for the hotel and of course I said "duh!" We had such a great time!!! Mike had classes throughout the day and learned a lot, but could also take breaks here and there so we could meet up and do some things. His evenings were free too. It was perfect! I shopped (aka window shopped), visited museums and attended the International
Accordion Festival while he was in class and didn't have to tag along. In the evenings we would drive the back roads and look at the beauty all around us. Absolutely gorgeous!
On Wednesday, the evening of our anniversary, we went out to dinner and as we came back in, we decided to listen to the entertainment in the hotel lobby. Mike then
serenaded me to the Nat King Cole song, "When I Fall in Love". It was beautiful and we both were brought to tears. I love Mike so much!

agreed, the singing is pretty adorable :). i didn't realize kaydence almost came on your anniversary...too bad she didn't!
